President & Co-Founder

Marc Legros began his journey in construction management at the age of 22. With over 12 years of experience, he has encountered a wide array of projects. In 2011, he and his childhood friend Ewan Clarke, who he has known since he was 8, decided to establish Allegiance Construction LTD. Since its inception, Marc’s primary focus has been on building a strong reputation in finishing carpentry, which is a crucial aspect of home improvement projects. Finishing carpentry has been his passion from the start of the business, as he believes it’s all about putting the finishing touches on a project. Marc has dedicated years to refining and streamlining his process for multi-family units, enabling him to provide high-quality workmanship at competitive prices. One of Marc’s favorite aspects of owning Allegiance Construction is training his employees and watching them flourish in their skills, especially in renovation services.

Outside of work, Marc enjoys the outdoors, spending as much time as possible camping around B.C. In the winter, he takes pleasure in snowmobiling. As a child and young adult, he trained at the National Training Center in Calgary for short track speed skating, where he developed his strong work ethic. Even after retiring from the sport, he makes time to volunteer as a national referee and has served on the board of directors for the provincial governing body.

Marc truly loves what he does and wouldn’t change a thing.

CEO & Co-Founder

Unlike many of the new start-up companies in the construction industry who decided to get in while the market was hot, Marc and Ewan initially partnered up during the tough years following the recession of 2008/2009. Through hard work and dedication, Allegiance Construction LTD became official in early 2011, focusing on providing top-notch construction management services.

Since the end of high school in 2001, Ewan has been involved in the construction industry. While going through various post-secondary programs including graphic design, marketing, and business, construction has always been his source of income, and he still hasn’t lost any passion for it, especially in the realm of home improvement projects.

Ewan has a broad range of knowledge and experience encompassing various aspects of renovations, exteriors, framing, and finish carpentry, making him well-equipped to lead renovation services that meet diverse client needs.

Outside of work, Ewan also likes staying in shape at the gym and through boxing. He also spends time playing soccer, travelling, flying airplanes as a hobby, and enjoying a nice bottle of Pinot grigio.
